VSEC has helped me grow tremendously!

This year marks the 6th year I have accompanied and been a part of VSEC. Being an Account Manager has been a job full of differences, novelty, and challenges compared to my previous role. Despite having “zero” experience in this position, I was fortunate to be given the opportunity by my superiors to challenge myself. From being a complete novice in project sales, I am now a Senior Consultant specializing in the commercial client segment. I’ve mastered and effectively applied sales techniques, bringing in numerous projects, acquiring new clients, and creating value for the company.

I truly cherish the time I’ve spent at VSEC. VSEC has given me so much: opportunities and trust, lessons and new experiences at work, as well as love, support, and guidance. VSEC has helped me grow. The person I am today is undoubtedly a better version of myself compared to who I was nearly six years ago.

The environment at VSEC is one that has kept me here for nearly 6 years without any reservations. If I were to seek feedback from everyone, the term "comfort" is unanimously used.

Initially, I joined with hesitation, following the footsteps of my seniors to learn and participate in group activities. As I matured, I moved to the Southern branch for work, a "new" and "young" environment. While VSEC has been developing its market and workforce for over 20 years in the North, the Southern branch has only been established for a little over 2 years. This presents challenges, difficulties, as well as opportunities. With the support of the headquarters and the experience gained there, the Vietnamese market is poised to experience rapid growth for VSEC. Overcoming these challenges requires giving it our all, just as one would stoke a fire with external fuel.

I have been working at VSEC for over two years. During my time here, I’ve had the opportunity to take on tasks I’ve never done before and visit places in Vietnam I had never had the chance to explore.

What I love most about working at VSEC is that my individuality is respected, and my personal development and future growth are genuinely cared for. A hair color that’s “not so black” or a slightly Dusty-style outfit is never an issue when I’m at the VSEC office. I feel that VSEC is an incredibly exciting workplace for young professionals in the cybersecurity industry—those who love adventure, seek new experiences, and are always eager to push their own boundaries.

Looking back on the journey so far, I recall those early days of feeling unfamiliar as I first stepped through VSEC’s doors—unfamiliar with the people, the environment, and the culture. Now, I’ve come to understand the significance of Integrity, perseverance, and teamwork. Working alongside the incredible colleagues of the TECH team in an open and creative environment has enabled me to transform remarkably and grow to love my job more each day.

The title of 'Transformation Hero 2024' is not just an achievement; it’s a recognition from everyone and a source of motivation for me to continue transforming, contributing even more to VSEC’s extraordinary growth in the future.
