VSEC conducts the recruitment phase annually to build entry-level team for the Technology Department, Professional Services (PS), and the Security Operations Center (SOC). The targets for these positions are third and fourth-year students majoring in Information Security and Information Technology at engineering universities.

The training program for freshers will be personalized and developed based on the individual’s capabilities and personal aspirations, through one-on-one mentoring sessions with a mentor.

At VSEC, employee performance is managed based on work results, so the working schedule is highly flexible. VSEC provides the most favorable conditions for employees to successfully complete their tasks.

      The environment at VSEC is one that has kept me here for nearly 6 years without any reservations. If I were to seek feedback from everyone, the term "comfort" is unanimously used.

      Initially, I joined with hesitation, following the footsteps of my seniors to learn and participate in group activities. As I matured, I moved to the Southern branch for work, a "new" and "young" environment. While VSEC has been developing its market and workforce for over 20 years in the North, the Southern branch has only been established for a little over 2 years.
