In January 2022, CREST, the British organization responsible for the appraisal, evaluation, and accreditation of information security service standards, formally recognized The Vietnamese Security Network J.S.C (VSEC)  qualification for CREST certification in the field of Pentest Information Security assessment services.

VSEC is the only company in Vietnam to have its Pentest information security assessment service accredited by CREST. This is also the first organization in Vietnam to undertake an assessment of information security with over 20 years of expertise in the field.

CREST is a globally recognized certification organization that specializes in accrediting security service providers and offering professional-level certifications to professionals engaged in activities like as penetration testing, cyber incident response, threat intelligence services, and Information Security Monitoring and Operation Center – SOC.

To be CREST certified, members must undergo extensive and frequent evaluation in order to maintain their certification. In addition, CREST members will undergo annual reviews, and every three years, a more in-depth re-evaluation of certified businesses will take place.

By earning CREST accreditation, VSEC has demonstrated that its personnel possess international standards levels of knowledge, skill, experience, technology, administration, and work ethics related to providing Pentest service. VSEC is one of many important international security organizations that has recently updated its member information on the CREST website.
